Two exhibitions during Liverpool Arts Biennial 2012

A number of my photographs will be shown in two group exhibitions, taking place during the Liverpool Arts Biennial 2012. They are both staged by the Toxteth Art Gallery (TAG).
They are at the Lodge, part of Liverpool University (based near Sefton Park), which will feature two of my abstract photographs. The exhibition, which will include over ten visual artists, will run until early 2013 – closing date to be arranged.
The other exhibition, titled ‘Love Or Nothing’, is at the Florence Institute (‘The Florrie’), which will include 21 artists from the UK and abroad.
I will be showing a massive photograph of Senegal musician Mansour Seck, who has collaborated many times with fellow Senegalese musician Baaba Maal. I took the shot at a WOMAD festival in Reading. The Florrie is based on Mill Street, situated in the Dingle area of Liverpool.

The exhibition runs from 10 October – 21 October 2012.
Open weekdays 10am – 6pm / weekends 11.30am – 3.30pm.

The private view is on Wednesday 10 October (6pm – 9pm). All are welcome to attend.
